Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

The Course Mechanic reserves the right to assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee reimbursement. Refunds are not provided for completed services, dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences outside the agreed scope, or delays caused by client inaction. By purchasing a service, clients agree to the terms outlined in the refund policy.

Refund Policy - the basics

Clients may cancel services within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After 24 hours, partial refunds may be granted based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. No refunds will be issued once a project has been fully delivered. If a client is unsatisfied with the final product, up to two rounds of revisions are included to address concerns. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges and are not eligible for refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
